Hi5, Every time when I open Hi5.com, Internet Explorer says it is encountering problems and needs to close?

This happens only for Hi5.com.

Why is that?

Thanks.

First, clear your cache and cookies. They might be confusing your browser and causing it to close. You can find directions here:

You should run an antivirus / antispyware program too. A great free one is called Ad-aware:

Also, try using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. It's more stable and overall just a better browser. Download it here:

Good luck!
Reply:It could be the pop ups that your PC doesn't like.
Reply:could be a spyware use adware se (free ) to remove any spyware. If this continues then get a good free browser like Maxthon, which is stable and will take care of all pages opened
Reply:The spyware answer is one option, I suggest you do that, but as well as that you may have a few rogue add-ons. To view these, go to Tools %26gt; Manage Add-ons. Email me with the add-ons you have listed and I will let you know whether or not there are any nasty ones in there.

Unwanted add-ons an automatically download spyware without you even knowing, so a spyware check will only take you so far if that is the case. You are better off getting rid of the root cause if there is one.
