Cannot download pictures onto hi5?

Have tried several times to download pictures onto my profile on hi5, it shows my profile and looks like it rcoginizes there are pictures there but the spaces are blank, have wrote to hi5 three times, but no response.

First, make sure the pictures you're uploading are under 2MB and a file type like JPG or GIF. You can find this information if you click right on the image file on your computer and select "Properties".





You can also try clearing your cache, cookies, and sessions. This will clear your browser's "memory" so it can start fresh with your photo uploads. Here's a couple helpful pages to clear them:

If you want to put photos on to your hi5 profile, like in the About Me section, use this code:


%26lt;img src="IMAGE_URL_HERE" /%26gt;


Just replace IMAGE_URL_HERE with your image's web address (the image has to be up on the internet somewhere).





You can also try writing to support@hi5.com, or post your problem up in this hi5 group where employees and staff frequently help out users with problems:

send them an e-mail on ur msn.... not on hi5!!!! coz on hi5 u'll send it for nothing

if that doesnt help u need to wait a little bit coz they are all the time changing stuff ok???
