i go to hi5 and all the bars load and it says entering room but then an alert comes up which says request timed out! help!

It just means the servers are busy, since there are probably a lot of people using it. You've just gotta keep trying or hold off for a little while %26amp; try again later, when the servers are less busy. Good luck!
