How do u Connect to MSN and Hi5?

this is a serious issue. i have a 4 port router USB Robotics. and i have 2 PC's connected to that. from the last month onwards i cant connect to my MSN messenger and hi5 website. i have no idea y. i reset the Router but didnt worked. i formated teh PC but didnt work. i have no idea why. but it says u have have a windows firewall. but i have disable all the firewalls. do you have any idea about it. even when i use the Other Pc. it works. only my PC having the trouble. y is that. and i use go to hi5 website using some other proxy websites. what is the reason for this.
