i can't update my hi5 profile. when i edit it, after i chose Save changes, it shows me the old settings before i updated and it's not a recent problem, i have had it for 2 weeks i think Do you know what i can do?
Hi5 update?
Make sure you hit "Save" on the tab your working in before you switch to another tab. Also try clearing your cache and browser cookies, this will get rid of your browser's memory of previous settings. If the problem persists, contact customer service by clicking the Help link in the upper right corner of the hi5 homepage.
