i need to receive this email from hi5 as it deals with instructions about how to change my password..due to that am not able to access my hi5 accont because i have not yet recieved any email notification on my yahoo address.am registered on hi5 through my yahoo email address.please solve my problem

It is possible that you entered the wrong address at hi5, but if you didn't then check your spam/bulk mailbox because it may have been wrongly auto-diverted to there.
